Listen I’ve had a membership there for years now, clean salon and nice staff. However I had to cancel my old card on file (fraudulent charges while I was away) and went to go tanning today, and had a balance for the month which was fine will give you my new card. However you want to charge me a $10 late fee when I didn’t get any email or phone call from you guys and it’s only the 3rd of the month. And in fact I’ve been paying and haven’t gone tanning in over a month as it’s summer time. Come on that is ridiculous and I’m told I need to call . that the person at the store couldn’t take the $10 fee off for someone whose been a good client. So, I’m done I’m not going to renew. As I also have a problem with the beds anyways. From tanning there you don’t really get much of a tan in some of the top beds as they don’t upkeep the bulbs or update the beds. I can only get tan to a point. They have taken enough of my money I still have money on my account that will just be gone now since I had to freeze while I was pregnant. In 2019-2020

I used to go here years ago for the stand up tanning booth. The salon itself is very nice and clean. I love the stand up booth. As for some of the employees, some of them would make me feel uncomfortable. There were different girls, but most of them seemed stuck up or like they didn’t want to be there working. Like sitting down on their phone or talking personal issues with another co-worker. I found that rude and unprofessional. I had a membership here but I did stop going there mainly for that reason. I might have a balance there and I was thinking to go back since it’s the closet salon to me, but I might go somewhere else.

I recently visited this location and when i got there i specifically told the girl I HAVE NEVER EVER BEEN TO A TANNING SALON (apparently she didn’t understand that part) so she tells me to fill out the form and answer the questions i told her i just wanted a little bit of color but i burn extremely easy she tells me to go in for 15 mins and gives me my room number so being that i literally told her I’ve never done this before i thought that was it easy!! WRONG!!! I went in the room undressed and got in the bed for 15 mins as instructed when i got out i was bright red like a tomato and i can feel my face was extremely burned not only that but my eyes also hurt but i didn’t say anything just left as the day went on the pain got worse almost where i could barely tolerate it not only that but i couldn’t look at my phone screen or tv because my eyes hurt so bad now my whole thing is if i told that dumb girl I’ve never done this before why wouldnt she tell me i needed some type of tanning oil and goggles? Why wouldn’t she walk me into the damn room and instruct me on how to use the bed again i specifically told her i didn’t know what i was doing honestly i feel like girls just go work in a tanning salon because they are getting paid and there isn’t much to do so they just let people do whatever and it’s literally ridiculous i paid $18 to be in pain what kind of nonsense is that?
