I’ve only used the 9min stand up beds & the 20min lay down beds …their pretty good for the price…i prefer to spray tan… but they have the mystic tan and I’m not a fan of it…wish they had Versa Spa Tan instead…

This place used to be great but ever since last summer it has been awful. I laid on a 20 minute bed that had tingle all over it and it looked like I had a first degree burn or something (I’m not exaggerating). I brought it up to a girl that worked there and she told the manager about it but the manager didn’t take it as serious as she did. The young girl offered me some spray and said she was very sorry, even though she wasn’t the bed cleaner. The prices for tanning are kind of ok although they have had a few specials lately. Every time I went the girls were just sitting around on their phones and the place looked filthy, the lotions had dust all on them, and I always had to wait for a bed to be cleaned although it wasn’t busy. The only one I saw moving around getting things done was a short pretty hispanic girl that was pregnant at the time. (Seriously, she was probably about to pop her child out and she was the only one that stayed busy while everyone else sat outside smoking in the doorway!) Haven’t seen her there in a while though, I remember her and the other hispanic girl because they were the only ones who would answer my questions when I had any. Planet Sun has changed, not necessarily because of their prices or beds, (beds are wonderful, I recommend the high pressure bed) but the girls that work there need to be more courteous with customers, they can be just plain rude at times just because you ask if there are any beds available!
