My hair was in bad, bad shape. So damaged and broken. I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted, just a general idea and the lady I worked with helped me a lot. I got haircut(very thorough), highlights w/toner, and a strengthening deep conditioning treatment. I also got some shampoo and conditioner to help with the damage, a hair mask and some styling cream.

I literally had a greenish tinge from a too ashy toner and my root touch up was so much darker than the blonde I went in with. It was the most botched up experience at a professional salon I’d ever had. Crystal came to the rescue and my hair is the best it’s ever looked in term of color. This was a 2 part session as we cut n layered 3 feet Off the length then permed following week. Bailey is the bomb. Kind. Funny. Listens to every detail a client could ask for. Absolutely my new permanent stylist. Can’t wait to try other services here at Hamburg location
