I have never posted a review on anything because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. However; First, I was quoted that my visit would cost $153 for full highlights, haircut and style. They keep your card on file and just charge you at the end. I found that they added their own tip without asking How much I would like to tip. When my stylist took my cape off, my hair was soaking wet and she told me I was good to go. I said “I paid for a haircut and style” to which I was told “that only means brushed and dried partially.” When looking at my card statement I was charged $233 rather than the $153. Upon calling I was told my hair was longer than they thought and that my hair definitely should have been dried all the way. when I asked what they were going to do about it, they responded “We don’t do refunds. But we will give you 25% off your next visit.” obviously I will not be returning so that 25% is no good. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Planet Salon in the best salon in Frankfort. (Really though… voted Frankfort’s Fave two years in a row and counting!) Relaxing but upbeat environment, insanely talented stylists, and a wide variety of services to choose from. They have different levels of stylists, so you get to choose which price point is most comfortable to you. I have never been unhappy with a service I have received here, and I would highly recommend this salon to any of my friends!

I have Leah as my stylist. Fabulous! When Leah cuts my hair for many weeks after I have someone always comment on who cuts your hair. It can be 3-4 weeks after and they are stunned that my cut is still fresh like it was done that day. Leah has also been doing my color – Love Her To Pieces….. I would add photos but not good at taking my own pics.

This is mostly for Jennifer. She used to cut my hair, and I think we were close enough that I did something for her wedding. She said she could do my hair instead of paying me, but that is not what she originally told me. But that is okay. I stopped going mostly because of the booking, which was really bad about 6 years ago.
