My first time here and it was the best experience I have ever had! Recently moved to the area and have tried a few different Salon, this by far was the best. Sue did an amazing job, she checked in periodically to make sure I liked, the shape, length and was so attentive! She made me feel super comfortable and my nails turned out great. I will add that I bite my nails and she worked MAGIC! Definitely will be back

Today was my first time going to this salon, because I typically go to a salon closer to home; however, I desperately needed a fill and I get off work too late to make it to my usual spot. I walked In and they were super friendly and inviting! Sue made sure I was okay throughout the whole process and asked me to inspect them for any flaws multiple times. She is the FIRST nail tech I have ever gone to that has chatted with me personally throughout my entire visit. She was very caring, super sweet, and my nails turned out perfect!! She also went over pricing of everything before starting which I appreciated. Needless to say Sue was AMAZING and I will be returning to see her specifically!!

My 9 year old daughter and I went to Planet Nails today. I had an appointment scheduled in the same day, within a few hours of calling in. I got a full acrylic set with gel polish and my daughter got a mani pedi. The women in there were so friendly and very talented. I will be recommending them to everyone I know and going back again. This is the best nails salon I have been to in a very long time. Nancy did my gel full set in 20-25 minutes. My toes and eye brows done all at once. I did not have to wait for a long period for each one to get done. Nancy was very nice to me and overall customer service was great. Highly recommend this salon to others.

I use to like this place however the technician gave me the shortest nails I’ve ever had when I asked for medium. when she was using sharp tools, her toddler kept jumping on me and squeezing different parts of my body. Yes I said squeezing. I felt really uncomfortable. My mom got a pedicure and didn’t get full service either. They left out parts that was on their price sheet. We ordered the same thing but different services!! I left with different length nails, a bruised chest and arm and Highly disappointment. DO NOT GO HERE.
