So to start off with the good part,Sydney was amazing ,she even complement my mother’s hair and didn’t know what Eric was talking about when he said he has to charge me an extra $75 saying my mother’s hair was coarse and dry , The owner Eric was rude and saying her hair was not normal and dry. I truly wanty money back. This was not the experience I want her to have dealing with Eric.She is Cuban and Jamaican

I tried Planet Color for the first time this past weekend, when I was in need of some spa care. Starting with a wonderful spa pedicure, and on to a full facial with Doreen, I could not have been happier with the results. My skin was glowing and smooth and continues to feel great now. Finally, salon owner Eric gave my hair a deep conditioning treatment and blow out. He creates a warm and fun environment at the salon and is a pro at what he does. I’ll be glad to go back!

I bought a Groupon to get balayage treatment done for my hair. I called to make an appointment and they were able to schedule me for the very next Saturday early morning. I went for my 8:30am appointment, driving all the way from Cambridge. The owner, Eric, was who I was scheduled with. He sat me down in his chair only to explain to me how he doesn’t know how I got into his schedule and it was a mistake and he does not have time for me. He saw me getting upset because I clearly was offered this appointment when I called to schedule. Every time I tired to say anything at all, he rudely cut me off as if this were my fault. I asked if there was anyone else who can do my hair and he bluntly told me no. He said looking at my hair he doesn’t even want to do it today, he’d rather do a consultation first. He also didn’t have time for this today either. So he wanted me to reschedule to another time maybe sometime after a week or so. But I didn’t drive an hour first thing on Saturday morning to hear that! He wasn’t sympathetic at all. He apologized but he so much attitude in his tone. This is the worst service I have ever experienced! Would never go back to Ben if it were for free!

I got a gel manicure and spa pedicure last week and it was relaxing despite being in a salon. My nail technician was friendly and did a nice job. Being more of a hair salon, they have a limited amount of nail polish colors. However, enough of a selection of popular colors. Eric, the owner, was also friendly and welcoming.
