Even though one employee made me upset overall this establishment is great. Very clean and the staff are very professional especially Kerry . She is very attentive to your concerns and does whatever it takes to help. All of the equipment is cleaned and kept up. I do not go to a gym (never) but I love the red light therapy bed and massage table . It’s worth the money and my friend calls me cheap lol

I felt welcomed from the moment I got there, she also answered any and all questions I had which in itself was a lot because I have never been in a position to pamper myself like this before. Lindsey Borne helped me she was the most patient, sweetest and professional worker I have met in a long time. I felt welcomed from the moment I got there, she also answered any and all questions I had which in itself was a lot because I have never been in a position to pamper myself like this before. Great customer service, everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. Diffently recommend this place. The only thing is their hours. They open at 11 on Saturdays and close early and are closed on Sundays. Wish they would extend hours on weekends for people who have crazy schedules (Healthcare)

My dad recently passed away and while working at the hospital battling to maintain his life and the endless amount of others, I decided to try something new for a quick “me” break. I approached the door for the first time and saw their sign posted on the door saying appointments only…I slightly opened the door to verify assuming I’d get turned away since I didn’t have one, but I was wrong…I was welcomed with the biggest smile from Kari. She went over and above making sure I was taken care of and had the most positive hardworking attitude I’ve needed to see. At the time she was a complete stranger…but having been a member for a couple months now I can say this place is more than just Planet Beach. Her girls and team are rockstars. I’ve previously worked at tanning salons and tanned at other facilities, but you can’t beat the atmosphere or the intensity of all their products,bulbs, and beds. Leaving happy and tan is a pure understatement. Thumbs up for me ☀️

Critical: ProfessionalismAfter being a member for 12 years the newest owner(5 yrs) refrused to answer my calls. I was going to tan one last time since I was paid for the month of Sept. I have been on autopay for 12 years so they never missed a payment from me. Once I arrived owner refused to allow me to tan and made the excuse she was busy and could not answer phone(yet she answered phone while I was there waiting to speak with her). I had a copy of my contract that I signed in 2008 which stated that I must give 30 day notice but if my autodraft payment fell in that 30 days the spa owes the customer (me) services during that month. She refused to let me tan on my last day and tried to tell me I had to give 60 days notice. I am not one for change and should have left yrs ago but that is my fault. Owner had staff charge me extra for using certain services even though my membership had those services included. Horrible to be treated that way after all the years. Never complained when they were closed when they bought from prior owner or had to relocate they always took payment. Never complained when services were not working. Never complained when I had appointments that somehow got put on the back burner. Never complained always allowed autodraft and never missed a payment. Was a member for 2 years. Like to think I was some what valued all the girls knew me and it is family owned . I fell on hard times..not going into it but I was unable to refreeze my account and my cards where frozen. My husband had called later to cancel my account because I was unable to yet I just got a collections notice for $711. I understand maybe owing a month or 2 with some late fees but thats literally 7 months of dues.. So instead of caring where their 2 year regular went they charged me as much as possible and now messing up my credit. I had every intention of resigning my membership in the summer but how could I after that?
