It was a true disappointment, it’s so dark in there and that’s probably one of the reasons why they never clean,super filthy, bad products and services, the lady that signed me up she is incredibly rude,I don’t know why they let her sign up people, it’s a rip off,don’t set your foot in that place!

Be very careful when you go to this place I was told it was month-to-month and I signed what I thought was a liability notice. You are automatically enrolled for 90 days and they automatically deduct it from your account. Their website says you can cancel via phone call and that is not true you have to actually go in and sign a cancellation form. And I would ask for them to print out the agreement as their iPad only shows a few sentences at a time.

Service has gone downhill in the last year, do not make an appointment for when they first open as the staff isn’t even there on time, I miss the old days when the doors were open 10-15 minutes before opening and equipment was up and running.

Love to go catch a tan there! The staff is super friendly and the owner, Kristy, is just a peach. The weekday hours are pretty awesome. They changed their business hours throughout the time I’ve been there. Only complaint is that they close at 3pm on weekend. But I can see why! Extremely affordable and worth the membership!

Now that Tina has taken over Planet Beach again it is slowly yet surely making its way back to great condition. The staff has more knowledge with their products and the facility is well looked after by a new young manager named Jade. I was mainly interested in the tanning aspect of the salon, but then she introduced me to the hydration station and other spa features that would help “maximize my tanning results”. I thought at first maybe she was looking for an add on sale, but after talking to her futher-she genuinely wanted me to enjoy my experience -and she was absolutely right! I have now come to love love love the hydration station followed up by tanning and sometimes the massage chair when I have the time. Jade and her fellow staffers seem to be making a difference and I even signed up my mom! I hope the spa continues to do well and I look forward to my appointments.

First visit; receptionist was friendly and expecting me. Three of us were signed up for Hotworx ISO. I expected a larger space for the workout, however the fitness movements were all restricted to isometrics so the limited space worked out. Had we been participating in Yoga, I don’t believe we had enough area for arm movements. Maybe they limit participants to 2 during Hotworx Yoga, something to know if that’s your interest. Other limited factors: the monitor is difficult to see in certain poses and the instructor does not provide adequate instructions for 1st time participants. Also, the virtual instructor is horrible (my opinion).

This spa is the best in Oro Valley! The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The place is always clean, the bulbs are changed often and the equipment is well maintained. They offer a wide range of services. Locally owned and operated, truly a one stop salon.
