I just stopped by here with a friend who was going to tan and a lovely young lady at the desk let me use the massage chair which is the absolute most relaxing experience I had had in a while and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Very friendly staff nice place would recommend. I felt like she went above and beyond because she could have just let me sit there and waiting room. They’re still good people in this world.

This place is amazing! I have been a member for two months. My skin feels better with the Red Light Facial, I have lost weight with the Hot Box Detox, my back feels better with all the amazing massages, and I honestly can say that my quality of life has greatly increased! This specific location has the best staff of any business I have ever visited. These young ladies are awesome, well educated, extremely professional, and friendly to all that walk inside. I do not personally know these ladies, but as a service industry member for 12 years, their positive attitudes at work really impressed me from the first time I walked in. Planet Beach is really a wonderful place to go to for relaxation for rejuvenation and just to feel good about yourself and to do something for yourself. The staff there are incredible my personal Consulting Miss Kayla is beyond incredible and I will continue to go back forever as long as they’re open. I have a membership which is a really good thing to do ..it saves you money and gives you a lot of options for all of the different Beauty regimens or services they have to offer you. My wife has reported this place to the BBB because they will not stop calling her, after she documented three requests for them to remove her from their list. After finding a better spa closer to home, we paid the cancellation fee and thought that was the end of it. No such luck. After 3 months of repeated withdrawals from the checking account, we had to call the bank. DO NOT GO HERE.
