Critical: Professionalism, QualityFirst time I went to this tanning studio the very friendly employee told me she was talking on the phone, which is why she wasn’t wearing a mask. She apologized and put on her mask.. I went there again and this time, her and another customer weren’t wearing masks. I dont understand how such an easy and obvious thing as wearing a mask to keep us safe is so hard to follow. How reckless!! I wonder what other rules or regulations to keep the customers safe aren’t followed by this place!! First time I went to this tanning studio the very friendly employee told me she was talking on the phone, which is why she wasn’t wearing a mask. She apologized and put on her mask.. I had rated this previously but never gave my review on why I rated it so low. I gave it a one not based on the actual salon but solely based o. The customer service. I called once to find out prices and hours but right after answering they hung up…I figured it was an accident no biggie. Called back and she said can you call back later I’m on the phone with another customer. Ok thats fine, I can call back. I get that you can get busy. So I called back a few hours later and she put me on hold for about 5 minutes, comes back and says she’s busy can she get my number and she’ll call me back in about 15 but she never called back. I ended up taking my business elsewhere. From the looks of the newer reviews customer service really hasn’t changed but I can’t say for sure since I haven’t been.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND ….. Just finished my first week of tanning and it has been a great experience so far. Love the ladies working there. They are all very educated about all of the tanning beds and spa services . They are also all very welcoming and have awesome customer service skills. Definitely would recommend to Anyone who wants a great tanning experience with awesome service !

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! UNFRIENDLY STAFF. THEY WILL TELL YOU THE TANNING BED YOU WANT IS NOT AVAILABLE, HOWEVER, NOBODY IS OCCUPYING IT THE ENTIRE TIME YOUR THERE! THEY ASK EVERY TIME TO SEE YOUR PROTECTIVE EYEWEAR, LIKE THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO? IF YOU DO NOT SHOW IT TO THEM, THEY WON’T LET YOU TAN, EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE PAID GOOD MONEY FOR MEMBERSHIP. NOT ONLY THAT THEY CHARGE $1,00 FOR DISPOSABLE ONE TIME USE STICKERS TO PUT OVER YOUR EYES. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE CAN’T WAIT TILL THIS UNPLEASANT MONTH HAS ENDED
