I have been going to planet beach for a very long time. They make me feel comfortable. All of the girls are super friendly and go out of their way to help. I love the tanning beds, massage beds, and red beds for sure! There are so many things that you can do at planet beach, but everyone has their favorite! I highly recommend this place! It is also VERY VERY CLEAN AND SANITIZED! I know you will love it too!

Cancelled my contract because I could no longer afford it. I was aware that if you cancel you get charged for 2 following months, which was fine. But I then got charged for a 3rd month and I made contact with them same day asking why i had been charged again. I got the same story of “l will call you back”..It’s not been 17 days…and I’ve called 8 times. They still won’t give me my money back.

Disappointed. The deep tissue massage I was expecting was just a massage bed that you laid on . The chairs in the mall work better. And the “facial” was just a yellow light on my face.

Manager was very helpful understanding about my work schedule & getting me in for my appointments the manager is proffesional in every way possiable 5 star rating for the staff im writing this review today to let others know if you need a place to go relax after a hard days work this is the place ive never been to heaven but this place takes the cake when you want to go to heaven go try the jade massage bed its a deep tissue massage that you will fall in love with if you want to even switch it up go ahead & use the other massage bed that is my favorite the hydro massage bed i died & went to heaven after using that one not only did i feel relaxed & stress free its a touch of heaven to go with it i also go in to use the sauna which is great for releasing stress great for losing weight my personal favorite would be the hyradtion station good for detoxification the staff directed me to a spray that makes your skin smooth like a baby that you can use with the hyrdation station man did it make me feel like a brand whole new person before i decided to go with the 59$ membership i purshased the 3 package deal which was 52 with tax i immideatly had to become a member after all the relaxation stress free off my body shoulders pains went away immideatly its hard to get this kind of service any were you go because i promise you that you will not get any better service any were else the staff is understanding hard working proffesional quick to get you in to heaven & out All in All 5 out of 5 worth the 59$UNLIMITED SERVICE FEE you get everything you can possiably want here believe me they have it all to get your health back in place & more.
