Critical: ProfessionalismI forgot my eye wear one day and was given a new pair. After tanning was asked if I wanted my card on file to be ran to Pay for them.I said ” no “. I would get the cash out my car, that was parked 10 ft away, before I could open my car door my phone was alerting me that my card had been ran for planet beach. strike 1. then I asked to cancel and was told I couldn’t without paying for 2 months ahead. I was not told that at sign up. strike 2. then my card that had no money on it is now $83 overdrawn from planet beach. strike 3. Do not give these people your debit card information! I went in on Saturday for a “free” service. I signed up for a membership. Before leaving I decided to wait and asked them to cancel the membership. The receptionist said she had to wait on her manager, she didn’t have access to cancel. I called Monday and spoke to the manager, who gave me the run around. She stated she would call Corporate bc she couldn’t refund my money?! She stated she would call me back by 5:00 pm Monday. No call. I tried calling today and no answer. I have filed a claim against this business.

I have had too many disputes with this place. They once charged my card $20 for no reason and called it an “error” and didn’t offer to refund me or anything. Then I called to cancel my membership because I moved to a different city and they refused to cancel it over the phone, so then I went in one day because I was in town and they told me I could only do it when the manager is there but they would email me the packet and I could do it electronically. They never sent it, I called again and they refused to cancel without “making an appointment”. Honestly not worth your time or money.

I love the Planet Beach Automated SPA of Prairieville. The facility is always clean and pleasant. The staff welcomes customers quickly, and are knowledgeable about the services offered by the SPA. Prices are reasonable and they always seem to have a bonus deal for new and regular patrons. The products offered to enhance the automated services are pleasant and easy to use. The SPA is open 7 days a weeks with hours that can accommodate everyone.

My wife had a tanning membership here and the service was horrible. Everytime she came in to do a spray tan the machine was broken. She decided to end her membership, seeing as how she DID NOT WANT TO PAY FOR A SERVICE THAT SHE COULDNT USE. This business hotcarded our debit card and we have been fighting disputes at the bank since last June. If you value your money and your sanity, DO NOT SPEND MONEY AT THIS BUSINESS! Shady ppl.

Please don’t give this company your bank or credit card information. This company and location in particular has hot carded my credit card. I cancelled my membership and have been dealing with them stealing from my account. I have continually disputed there charges. They are money hungry and have bad business ethics.

The new owners are very involved in every aspect of this business. They have trained staffed waiting on you for whatever you may need. They have recently remodeled and got in some new equipment, and it took the place to the NEXT LEVEL. Planet Beach is just a really cool place to go. I highly recommend to everyone who needs some “me” time.

I always enjoy myself at Planet Beach Prairieville! The Hydration station and the Mystic tan are my favorite services that they offer. The customer service is excellent and I absolutley love the remodel! Would recommend to all!
