This is my 3rd time coming here. The owner is very nice. As soon you come in the door he wants to work on your nails. The staff makes you feel comfortable. Your first time going you may feel shocked by the way the owner talks but he addresses all customers the same way. My nails are neat and they last a long time. This will be my permanent store for awhile. Last week was my birthday, he had all his workers wish me a Happy birthday.

Speaking from From an African American point of view this is the worst shop to get your nails are done without being discriminated of your color.She was rushing to do my nails, every single caucasian that walked thru the done she rushed them to be seated while I’m waiting on her to finish. I overheard the manager or claimed to be the manager talking to two young ladies that when an African American walked in the door they won’t pay when it was time to pay.

They remember me everytime I come in and they do my nails to absolute perfection. I have never had any complaints about them. If I could give them a million stars I would. The female owner did my mani pedi. She seemed rushed. I asked to keep my nails as long as possible but the cut them a lot more than she needed too. My pedicure looks like a toddler did it and she cut my nails super short for that too. At one point during my mani she stepped on my freshly painted toenails and smudged the paint, she didnt even notice. My finger nails look cute from a distance but if you get up close you see how rushed it was.

Not happy with my experience here, I had a appointment and was told to sit and wait about 10mins. Ended up waiting over 40mins.. I feel like my nails were done very poorly. My fingernail ripped off after 2days . They just look so bad, I spent $100 dollars.. Don’t waste your time or money.. The pictures say it all..

I liked coming here at first but the last two times the service seemed rushed and I wasn’t really happy with my nails. One tech didn’t understand when I asked if she could just do my own nails, she said yes but proceeded to clip them for acrylic nails, then I said I wanted them short but she left them semi long and even cut my fingers twice during the process. This last time I was cut on four fingers and my thumb because the tech was busy looking around, answering the phone and talking to other techs instead of paying attention to what he was doing and the tech didn’t even want to look at the picture of the style I wanted so I’m not happy with the results. I won’t be returning because they seem to do whatever they want, just to be able to take the next customer.

Never going back. Ive been a few times at this place to get dip nails and wanted to give a few workers a try. Messy rushed and roughed job from all of them, multiple steps were skipped. Buzzed my skin around my nails and made me bleed. I’ve been getting dip for a long time and clearly this place does not know how to do them correctly. Each time it looked like I barely had any polish on. Then the lady asked my twice at the end to add a tip. I can’t tip a $46 hack job.
