I’m very pleased with the overall experience. It was my first time and the place was nice and clean. Love how fancy it looks. Had my appointment at 11am was seated immediately. Penny was very friendly and did a fabulous job on my nails pedicure was great as well but didn’t get the ladies name. (Foot massage almost made me fall asleep) lol I will definitely be back and bringing my baby girl with me. We always have a daughter mommy day — Side note: The price was well worth it!!!

I came here for my wedding nails, and then a week later to get my nails redone for Halloween. Wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Kevin is hilarious! And Tammy is great, very friendly and just a joy to be around.

I just moved into the area and was trying to find a great place to go to. Penny was amazing, I showed a picture of what I wanted and she was very thorough on her work. She did such a fantastic job and I was very impressed. All the employees are very welcoming and nice and for a fact I will be coming back. Had great service and not disappointed at all.

Although the nails were done fine and I understand nails take time but this took forever! I ve been getting my nails done for some time now. I recently moved and was looking for a decent place so I tried this place and I can’t I spent such a long time in there. I had to ask for back up or else I would’ve spent 4 hours in there with the rate the lady doing my pedicure was going. Make sure you check ur colors you pick before they put it on cuz they don’t match the samples! Asked for a light beige/cinnamon color and turned out to be bubble gum pink!

Today was my first time trying Plainfield Nails. I am soooooo impressed! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, nothing but excellent customer service! Kayla did an excellent job on my dip nails and my eyebrows. The tech next to her, I believe her name is Tammy, was doing the ombré dip on her client and it was beautiful!! I have only good things to say about this nail salon! Oh, the prices were more than fair based on what I have been paying around town, no complaints.
