I visited this salon 2 years ago on vacation, and again for my wedding day, and both times I was treated with immense care and kindness. Beautiful nails, and eyelash extensions. Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI think they rate themselves there is not way in this life they’re a 4 star salon. I paid $100 dollars for gel painted manicure and pedicure (California i would pay $60 for the same service with gel removal and kailua $88 and they do a very decent job) this gossipers ladies charged $20 only for removal. The pedicure was so poor and horribly done that i had to use my nails to clean my toes off cuticles and residues after she supposedly finished. Owner was telling me how not to pull the gel polish with my hands but they use the machine to filed them put %100 remover and then filed them with the machine again, so what was the whole point of putting the remover, dont you guys know anything about the gel remover tool and other less harmful methods. She tried to sugar coat with a horrible massage that left me all sore and on top of that they dont have any sense of respect start gossiping about you while they do your nails. Paid them didn’t leave a tip (another reason to start shouting and gossip with me still in the salon) and never again, horrible job my nails will never recover. They’re so thin after all that filing for no reason that they cracking in the middle of my fingers and toes.I think they rate themselves there is not way in this life they’re a 4 star salon. I think they rate themselves there is not way in this life they’re a 4 star salon. I paid $100 dollars for gel painted manicure and pedicure (California i would pay $60 for the same service with gel removal and kailua $88 and they do a very decent job) this gossipers ladies charged $20 only for removal.
