I was excited to have my husband go with me. I paid thinking they did a good job, I left a $20 tip. After getting home I noticed they did not do a good job on my husband’s pedicure. It was still rough in spots. When I went back the next day. The lady said, he didn’t get the deluxe (but she never asked which pedicure he wanted or needed)and he had too much calculus. Yeah right. Will never go here again. They do not do a good job or try to amend to satisfy.

I had shellac Mani done 10 days ago and the polish is chipping off of multiple nails. When I called this morning to ask about the work done, I was told their work wasn’t guaranteed. I was also told the longevity of the polish depends on the person. In all honesty, understand what she is saying but I have never had such an awful job done or one that’s lasted only a little over a week. Actually….it was done last Sunday so that is 8 days…. not 10.

I am new to the area and needed a nail salon. The first time I went I did so as a walk-in, a gentleman did my nails and he did not do a very good job. I made an appointment the second time and the young lady did a marvelous job, I was very pleased. I called this morning to schedule an appointment and found my interaction with the lady on the phone extremely unpleasant. First off she informed me rather rudely that she did not need my last name, okay. Then while trying to schedule my appointment it seemed to be a bit of a run around, finally ready to finalize a time I was told not to be late. Really?! I work very hard for my money and choose to do business with those who appreciate my business. Don’t bother going to Nailspa Therapy, they obviously don’t need the business or your money. Unless you enjoy being talked down to and giving your money to those who couldn’t care less about you. I will move on to a new nail salon and spread the word of my treatment.

Went there a week ago and all my nails are breaking in the middle. The work around my cuticles is ridiculous. Its not smooth at all. Its rough and jagged. The nail artist just started sticking my fingers in powder when i wanted acrylics. Hand to pay for those too because she didnt listen.

The lady made my wife stand up to give the seat to one of her friends, i was not to happy about that we had been waiting for a good 25 min. So we walked out and went to “Q NAILS & SPA ” where she was taken care a soon as we walked in she was offered a free margarita with the service ! If my wife is happy im happy !
