The nail techs were very nice and friendly, and the nails were absolutely beautiful, she got it exactly how I wanted! Someone came in without a mask and they handled the situation very well and enforced the COVID safety measures, which I appreciated.

Unfortunately the heavier set woman who did my pedicure was very rude with me. Such a complex some people have, polite to some while disrespecting others. I will not go back to this business. Her reaction ruined the experience for me. I wanted it to be relaxing. Be better. The other slimmer lady who works there was nice.

AMAZING! The owner, Kim, is the best! She takes her time and is very thorough. I have been going to her for 10+ years! I won’t let anyone else do my nails. My manicure lasts for over two weeks every time. The prices are reasonable, large color selection and always getting new colors. This color is from the new OPI Fall collection. Give this place a try, you won’t regret it!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy usual nail salon was booked, so I went for a powder dip and a pedicure at this place. Pedicure was okay, massage was not memorable, but it was okay.To remove the powder dip, she gave me a bowl full of acetone would be my guess, and then no need for cotton and foil wrap, but my nails became very sensitive.When she used a nail drill on me after the powder was removed, it just hurt. First time ever and I have been doing powder dip for years.She rushed, applied only two coats of the dip, and then started cutting my cuticles. She cut me in four different areas. One of my fingers hurt for over two days, and was very red. I am not sure if she sees well. She was surprised each time I flinched when she cut me.It was a dip from hell. And OVERPRICED.I will never ever go back to this place. On top of it, two days later, my nails started chipping like if it had been normal nail polish. Again that never happened before.I learned a lesson. I should have waited two days and go to my regular salon. When I went back to my old salon today, the lady who does my nails was horrified by the drilling done on my nails, and told me she could not do dip. My nails were too fragile and thin. I went to this salon with my cousins mom and my niece. My niece is five years old and we had asked for her to get a polish change – they ended up “washing her feet and cutting her nails” when we did not ask for that. They ended up charging us 18$ instead of 12$ for her. My cousin had a pedicure for 30$ and they did not scrub her feet and scrubbed only twice and still her feet were really rough. My mom had the SNS on her hands done and the owner was working on her hands but all of the nails came out patchy and it was not smooth at all. We also asked for a student ID and they did not accept it. We spent over 250$ and were not happy. We were not upset about the price or that it was expensive – we did not appreciate how they did not explain the different options and values of each procedure. They said one thing and did another. On my nails, they charged me 4$ extra because I picked a “fast dry nail polish” when they never told me that’s what it was. They basically charged us for different services before telling us the breakdown of each. I wouldn’t recommend this salon and I was not happy for it.
