After looking at her hair and asking a few questions Mrs. Phyillis recommended and asked if we would like to add services. There was no pressuring or bullying, just information provided and decision making by the customer. This is true customer service. Mrs. Phyllis is truly a professional. The salon is beautiful, clean, and has a welcoming atmosphere. Her safety protocols are on point. She really knows hair. Her certificates and diplomas on the wall are not just show. She asks questions so that she fully understands your haircare needs.
