I had the worst night here. My 17 year old was taken advantage of by the hair stylist, she was charged 100 for the bluish color in the picture. When I asked the stylist to explain the charges, she got offended according to her; she charges well over 100 for that service! But she gave me a “discount” and only charged me 80! Mind you, that my daughter’s hair was already super short and she only needed a clean up. Then she accused me of wanting to get service for free, and hung up on me! She also said that there is no manager there, if you ever have a complain, forget it! I had to call the police to get to speak with the owner. And to top it all off, the anonymous hair stylist didn’t even get the right shade, in fact she referred my daughter to Sammy, for the right shade! Horrific customer service (I had to call the police to be heard), mediocre work (didn’t provide the right color), and extremely overpriced ($80- with discount to color less than the crown).

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMaria and Gia did my family’s hair starting nearly 20 years ago. My hair when I was pregnant with my son (Gia was a trooper with my hormones) and my sons first hair cut up until we moved out of the area. Since then my son has gone back with his dad a few times and we recently popped in to visit and say hi (and thank you btw). They became an important part of our family and have remained the same after all these years which is why we were compelled to visit while in town. I’ve been going to Marie for ~20-years. She was the first to cut my kids hair and continues to exclusively cut my girls hair, along with Dad and son. It’s a family business and they make you part of her family. I will continue to drive from Lockport so that me and the kids get to visit with Marie. Awesome place and highly recommended.
