Critical: Quality, ValueWhen I walked into the salon I had the impression that the stylists here were all high end – hence the high end prices. Though the price quoted to me on the phone was more than what I normally pay for a shampoo and set, I was willing to take a chance and see what Nancy would do for me. What a DISAPPOINTMENT!! First of all, all she did was put rollers in my hair but did no styling whatsoever. I asked her to do something, anything – nothing. Then, she sprayed my hair so that when I left the salon, I walked out with loose, greasy curls. Her job looked very amateurish and she did it with no caring. I would NEVER go back and certainly would NOT recommend them to anyone. Furthermore, she charged me MORE than what was quoted to me on the phone. When I walked into the salon I had the impression that the stylists here were all high end – hence the high end prices. Though the price quoted to me on the phone was more than what I normally pay for a shampoo and set, I was willing to take a chance and see what Nancy would do for me. What a DISAPPOINTMENT!! Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy first visit here for a mani/pedi. Lynda is excellent! Very friendly and attention to detail. Went above and beyond to repair a chip in my toenail. I think it was the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Manicure was very nice too. My first visit here for a mani/pedi. Lynda is excellent! Very friendly and attention to detail. Went above and beyond to repair a chip in my toenail. I think it was the best pedicure I’ve ever had. I have recommended her to other people, especially my sister, who likes Nancy as much as I do! For anybody who wants a hairstyle exactly the way you want it, I recommend Nancy!
