I had an appointment with Roxanne yesterday to get a body wave. I made the appointment two weeks in advance. My appointment was for 11:00 a.m. When I arrived I was told that Roxanne wasn’t there yet. The lady working the counter told me to take a seat. I waited 15 minutes and then the lady asked me what time my appointment was supposed to be. I told her and she said she would give Roxanne a call. She texted her first and didn’t get a response. Then she attempted to call her several times to no avail. Finally, after a third attempt she left a voicemail stating that I was there and waiting for my body wave. She apologized and said she would leave a message for Roxanne at her station. It’s been 24 hours and I’ve heard nothing! Who runs a business like this???? Very rude and unprofessional!

It was my first time at a new salon. So of course I was paying attention to everything. First and most important, my hair looks great. I got lots of compliments at work that night. Along with my hairdresser Becka being good at her job, she was also sweet, young and had fresh ideas. The last thing I’ll leave with is the atmosphere of the salon itself. Overall a wonderful place. Comradory of the girls was refreshing and I just fell in love with the whole experience. I will be returning every time I decide to change my look.
