The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My mom has cancer n they were very nice to her. I would like to thank the very nice lady who paid for my mom’s pedicure it was truly a blessing. They did my nails just like I asked them to do by a picture. Winnie the Pooh design absolutely love them.

The nail technicians seemed very distracted. I asked for a signature pedicure and she gave me a basic instead. Then during my manicure, the manicurist was watching soccer on his phone while removing my old acrylics. My nails are satisfactory but unfortunately it wasn’t the pampering type experience I was expecting.

The nail tech was very rude because I only needed polish. She did not rinse my feet. She did not buff the toenails for a smooth finish. She kept snatching my feet and complaining that I needed a pedicure because there was too much around my cuticle. I explained more than once that I needed to be somewhere. After she finished, the nail polish began to run. This happened not once but twice. She then thought she was going to put the same old polish on a third time until I said something. She kept disappearing in the back to eat. She then told me the manager would come finish because another customer that came in way after I did was waiting. The manager had no idea what she was supposed to do. And on top of all this….. they still wanted me to pay full price. I asked to speak with the manager. The tech pointed and said she’s there, go over there. I told her that I absolutely would not go over there where she was workng on a customer and disturb the customer. The manager came over and basically said well, she tried to fix it didn’t she. She asked if I was satisfied and I said absolutely not, but I guess I’ll have to be because now I’m running late.

Waaaay! Too expensive. Took my daughter to get her nails and toes done for homecoming and we decided to try this place out. My daughter got a regular full set with glitter polish and a standard pedicure and changed her $96. Was told her full set was $56 and her pedicure was $40. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been to a few salons here and have never been charged this amount of money. Please ask for a quote before going here.

Terrible service. Don’t listen to what you ask them to do. Very rough. Burnt me with the power tool 3 times and got mad when I jumped in pain and then said “ it gets hot so fast” not an apology just an excuse. Ended up going home and fixing my nails myself. Never going here again I’ll just do it myself if anything. Nail painting
