Positive: ProfessionalismA++ for Patrice! She did an amazing job on cut, color, and style and I am not easy to please with my hair. Traveling in an RV makes it hard to keep up with hair. Patrice gave me a perfect refresher as I was extremely overdue. It’s hard to find a stylist to properly manage natural curly super long hair. Patrice tackled it like a pro and left me with a wonderful new do and not one color stain anywhere considering the length of my hair usually makes it hard to keep from getting it everywhere. She explained every step of the process and confirmed her recommendations were acceptable to move forward. She also took her time and did not make me feel rushed. For you Rvers, if you are traveling through Arizona, make a stop in Winslow and see Patrice. She’s also a fellow RVer. Salon was easy to find, clean, and professional. Staff was friendly and gave several recommendations on to do’s in the area. Highly recommend the salon and Patrice! Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI left a message on May 10th asking for a haircut appointment at Pistols & Pearls. I finally got a return phone call on June 9th, almost ONE MONTH later! This is very unprofessional and really made me feel like they don’t want my business. I won’t use them for my hair needs based on this experience alone.
