Nice, clean barbershop. Nice and cool inside (good air conditioning). Derek took the time to listen to what I wanted and took his time with my haircut which is especially important to me being a woman at a Barber shop. I’ve gone back to Derek several times. My husband was very happy with his straight edge shave and will return for more. I’ve recommended Pistoleros to others.

First visit, Derek got me all set up to grow into my new cut (#EricaOrtegasHasAPosse). Second visit, Derek was perfecting another client, which pushed my appointment back, so he offered Serg to fix me up. Both gents are detailed, responsive, and skilled, and I’ll be back for maintenance. Anyone at this shop is a master. And it’s no small thing to find a barber shop that’ll give a lady exactly the fade she asks for.

This place is not for the person that wants a cheap $10 /half fast hair cut. This is a classy barber shop that puts the rest to shame. Not only is the shop located in beautiful Old mesilla but Sergio’s shop and customer service is stellar as well. He really took the time for detail on my boyfriends hair cut and it was worth every penny. We will be long time customers.

If y’all EVER need an A1 cut there is no better place than Pistoleros Barbershop in Old Mesilla. All of his barbers are Sergio certified (and professionally licensed) and can give you a damn good cut. I was lucky enough to get it done by the man himself. Thank you brother!

Sergio has been cutting my husband and son’s hair for several years and always does an amazing job! Recently he started cutting my youngest son’s hair too (he’s 1) and Sergio is amazing with him. He’s patient and really does a great job every time! I’ve never been disappointed! His prices are great and his shop is always clean!! I highly recommend!!!

Positive: Professionalism, QualityMy baby, my mom and I were leaving Salon de Mesilla. I tried to start my vehicle but it was dead. It wouldn’t turn over. My mom went into Pistoleros Barbershop to ask if someone could jump my vehicle. Thankfully SERGIO was there and said he might have some jumper cables and told my mom that she and my baby could wait in the A/C of the shop. It was about 100* outside, we’re from Hatch so it would have been a while waiting for our family to come help us. However, Sergio was so kind and professional. He pulled his silver, Silverado Chevy up to my vehicle and hooked up the cables and helped get it running again. I haven’t used Pistoleros Barbershops services BUT I definitely plan on bringing my baby boy back for his 1st hair cut. I feel like we owe Sergio. He saved our day. My mom went into Pistoleros Barbershop to ask if someone could jump my vehicle.
