Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueToday was my first visit because my regular barber is by appointment only due to COVID-19. The young lady who cut my hair was phenomenal. She was knowledgeable, experienced, professional and jovial. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she has dyed red hair, in fact, her favorite color is red. She hates doing “fade” haircuts, but again, she really did a great job. I’ll definitely return. Today was my first visit because my regular barber is by appointment only due to COVID-19. The young lady who cut my hair was phenomenal. She was knowledgeable, experienced, professional and jovial. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she has dyed red hair, in fact, her favorite color is red. She hates doing “fade” haircuts, but again, she really did a great job. I’ll definitely return. Would give 10 Stars if I could. I’m a man with a beard and am very particular about the beard. Have been to just about all the salons in the area who is shared me they could properly groom my beard and each time I was let down. However, this visit was different. Upon walking in I was warmly greeted with a smile and within five minutes was told that stylist by the name of Heather would be taken care of me. This woman was amazing. Not only was she extremely professional but she was very friendly and seemed to really care about me being happy with the service and leaving with a good haircut as well as a beard trim. She told me that if I was unsure to let her finish with the haircut and if I was happy with that we can move forward to the beard. She went over each step in detail letting me know what she was going to do and verifying with me that that was what I wanted. Needless to say I walked out one happy man. I have never been more pleased or impressed with a stylist in my 40 years. The only thing left to do was get it approved by the wife. She was so impressed that she too is planning on going to see Heather sometime in the near future to get her hair done. I will never go to anyone else. Extremely impressed with Pirate Cuts!

Kaitlyn will be at the shop Friday and Saturday this week. I’m so heartfelt pleased. Going one of those 2 days. Have Ms. Kaitlyn do her magic again. Kaitlyn is all about taking care of her customers. She reflects passion and pride in her profession. Kaitlyn makes sure you are pleased with your style. If the review had 10 stars instead of 5. I like going to pirate cuts. The employees are very nice, start conversations, and do quality work. My 1 year old got his first hair cut here and the lady went out of her way to make him feel comfortable and the experience exciting. I recommend this place and will continue coming here for my families hair cuts.
