Every time I come here I get amazing service! The people who work here are so personable and easy to talk to. They always make sure you leave happy with the work they’ve done. Tonight I saw Henry for a fill and Holly for a pedicure. They did such an awesome job on my hands and toes! It was exactly what I wanted and more. Hailey at the front is always super helpful with appointments and finding the right color for me. If you’re new to Ridgefield or are looking for a new salon, I highly recommend this place! I have been in 5 times and I have never had a bad experience. Amazing!

I came here to get my nails done for my wedding and I am beyond happy with the results. I had a photo for inspiration and I wasn’t sure how realistic is was. But they not only matched the photo exactly for color, they went above and beyond with the hand drawn design!! I really appreciated the professionalism and the care that everyone there put into their work. Each nail was checked to ensure shape, thickness, and length were exact. If you have a detailed design, you can send them a photo over IG and they will prep for you! I would highly recommend this salon to everyone!!

Can’t say enough good things! I have been in several times for different things and pleased everytime. Ambiance is on point, front desk is easy to talk to and quick to get me in, the technicians all seem lovely, have experience and do thorough and quality work. I like to spend my money on things that make me feel good and this is one place that I’ll keep going back to because of how I feel when I leave. 10/10.

Always a great experience! You do have to be a little bit flexible of their schedule because they are super busy BUT my acrylics and pedicures are always perfect. Thu is especially attentive to detail when doing my acrylics which I really appreciate. She checks the length and shapes them to perfection. If you aren’t in a rush, this is THE BEST nail salon in the area (and I’ve been to at least a dozen in Clark County)!

I followed Holly to Pioneer Nail & Spa from Bella Nails & Spa. Pioneer Nail & Spa has a very tranquil atmosphere, is very clean (a whole line of autoclaves for sterilization of tools!!!), and the employees that I could see all seems very happy and relaxed. It was a pleasure to visit with Holly while she helped me – I felt like I was visiting a good friend & do every time. I’ll be coming back & heartily recommend her & Pioneer Nail & Spa for their beauty and “well being” needs.

It was very clean and the only reason for the one star. My sister and I made an appointment but only one of us had a person. I was left soaking my feet for over 10 min. When someone finally came I told her I wanted the basic. She kept asking me if I wanted the deluxe. I had to say no 4 times. The massage was 2 minutes. Then she tried to talk me into a flower. The whole thing was very rushed and NOT relaxing. My nails are rough and jagged. My heels are not smooth. Worst pedicure ever and I have had many. Wouldn’t come back if they gave me a free one.

They only get one star because the place was clean. $60 pedicure lasted less than 40 minutes. Was supposed to include a 15 minute leg massage, I got 5 minutes and that’s being generous. All she tried to do the hole time was get me to spend more money. The water was cold I asked her to turn it up and we never made it to lukewarm. I was so disappointed. There were only 2 other people there when I was and all the employees were just sitting around on there phones. Won’t be back
