I’ve been coming here for years. Best nail shop I’ve ever been to because the girl knows what she’s doing. Nails never break or lift, literally ever. However I have to take one star away because now it has not been open even thought it says it online and I’ve gone in person and there is no notice anywhere explaining when they will be back or what’s going on. It has been this way all month. Really disappointed.

They are sweet people who work here. They are sufficient clean and good. I keep my nails short because they break when too long. I do GEL and the color lasts up to 3 weeks. They have plenty choices for color and will even put a design for you.

Mom and I have been going here religiously. Love getting a gel pedicure and my mom loves getting her acrylic nails done but the younger women. After Covid it’s scaled down I’m how many people work to jsut the family I believe but they are all very nice and great. Even with the language barrier, we can express our concerns.

I went to get a pedicure and fill and it was the worse pedicure. The guy who did my pedicure barely knew how to do one and I had to ask him to get the dirt from under my nails. He didn’t even use the tool to go under my nails and around the cuticle. He acted like he never did a pedicure before. I doubt he even had his license. the owner did my fill and that was just as bad. He didn’t cut my cuticle back and when I asked him to clean up around them he said they didn’t do that and it wasn’t part of the fill. My nails were starting to lift he didn’t cut all that off. he just put the acrylic right on top. This place sucks and I’ll never go back here again! Since the old owner sold it, It’s gone down hill. The only good thing about the place is they have nice spa chairs but that’s it.

The best nail salon I’ve been in, in a long time. The owner does above and beyond. He is a perfectionist and he will do his best to give you what you want. The salon is very clean. They are very nice. I love it there. They are always busy, so make an appointment and be there on time. They will take another customer. The owner Ken isn’t always there because he opened another salon.

The lady who did mine and my moms eyebrows, did a horrible job… first off she made my nice eyebrows really really thin.. then for my mom after waxing her eyebrows, she put alcohol on her eyelids??! Some may think that’s normal but it’s not normal when you put alcohol on someone’s eyes without having that person knowing it, then in pain because of the burning and stinging. But other than that they did a good job with out nails

I liked the fact that she shaped my nails exactly how I told her but she didn’t add the stones as we agreed. Fast is great but rushing and forgetting to do a good job is something else. My friend got a nail fungus from this place unfortunately. It is a sketchy place to be honest with you as the staff seem careless with the electric filing tools over a pedicure tub full of water. They were understaffed, the place was dirty, and unsanitary. Caution!!

Wow this has to be the WORST Nail Salon this side the bay!! Incredibly rude balding Nail technician!!!!:( Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL! NEVER Again will I ever Patronize this lousy place!! The service SUCKS!!! LACK OF COMMUNICATION! They do not listen to you!!! I went in, had to soak the acrylic off, waited ahalf hour, they took another customer in the meanwhile that mind you came after me, I spoke up, Ken copped an attitude & we got into it, DON’T BITE THE HAND THAT FEEDS YOU!!!!!! Better yet CLOSE the place down!!!!:(((
