I came in today and had asked for a fill and new color. Before this I had light blue light nails that were not t the clear powder. So instead of doing them correctly the lady decided to refuse my request. So she decided to tell me that I needed a red to cover up the blue. Well I had gotten a pink because I wanted a pink. But she refused that and gave me orange, neon orange. So I kind of sucked it up, but as she was doing them she rushed them shortened them after I had repeatedly told her I didn’t want them short. Then she had painted underneath sloppy. I went home so upset that I came back and they had put words in my mouth about how I said it was so great. This place is ridiculous.

Probably the best experience I have had by far. I went in with some crazy nails and QUE made them brand new and fabulous!! I said I wanted some cloud design and he let me take a look at his work and based off my reaction to some of his work he set me up real quick with a completely different look. TRUST ME when I say I was SO SO happy that he hooked it up and made a recommendation. Que has amazing experience and I am definitely going back. I have never seen someone work with such passion. His dedication and love for his work reflects in the amazing sets he creates. I loved the energy and I love my nails! Thanks Que!!

This was hands down the worst nail salon I have ever been to. The lady who did my nails was in such a hurry she didn’t even do them properly. I got a set of French tip acrylic nails. Before she applied the acrylic she didn’t even dust my nails off therefore leaving dust and imperfections under the clear acrylic. And to begin with when we first started she did not trim my nails at all and then she glued the tips on my nails and cut them without asking me what length I wanted. When she finished they looked so bad, there are bubbles all under my nails and you can see my natural finger nails behind and through the nails.

Jason is absolutely AMAZING !! Every time I go in I just tell him the colors I’m wanting and he does the rest. Comes up with the designs and everything himself. He is so great with all his clients and always knows what they want/like and chooses every design based of each individual and their style. Jason is also the first nail tech I’ve had that has helped me keep my natural nails healthy while consistently getting my nails done. He also engages in conversation the whole time and puts effort in to getting to know all of his clients. Jason is simply the best

Critical: Quality, ValueI wasn’t going to leave a review because I chalked my experience up to sometimes people have a bad day. It’s been a week and my no chip has almost completely come off. I’ll start off by saying that my technician was very unhappy with my choice when I said I didn’t want no chip on my toes. I explained why, but still she continued to ask me another 3 times and I politely declined. I picked a $44 pedicure and black polish for my toes. When she finished, I noticed that there was polish all over the sides of my toe nails, she tried to clean it up a bit but then just put the flip flop on and asked me to move over to the nail side. I am not one to usually complain and she already seemed upset so I didn’t want to bother asking.To say I was unsatisfied with my no chip manicure, is an understatement. She rushed the entire time, didn’t bother to file my nails evenly and the polish was so uneven and bumpy. At this point I knew she didn’t care so I paid the $90 and left. He’s very kind and professional and he makes sure his clients are satisfied with their nails! Not to mention his work is by far one of the best in the area!

Came in wanting to get my dipped polish off because it was way too thick! Saw Que and he promised me he could fix them and make them much thinner and to my liking. He did not disappoint! I left with gorgeous nails that look better than ever!! 10/10 would recommend Que for all your nail needs!! Manicure
