Tuesday I had a personal issue going on and she handle it like a champion because I was not a great patient at the moment. Thanks Doc! Even got me on a medicine that is hard to get. The nurse practitioner I met with came into room amidst a conversation with her med tech, didn’t knock, and barely said hello. I had not finished undressing and she said I should let her check my back while I finished. The visit was so abrupt I will not return.

Dr. Mendez is phenomenal! He has excellent bedside manner, listens to his patients, answers questions thoroughly, and is prompt with returning calls and/or messages. One of the best doctors I’ve ever had! Patient care is his top priority! A definite role model for other providers.

I was double charged for the cost of pathology. The receptionist had me pay the pathology charge before I went back for my procedure. After my procedure, I paid the total remainder of my appointment out of pocket. A few weeks later, I received a bill to pay pathology again. I called the clinic and was told someone in management would call me back to go over this, but no one did. I sent the receipt to their facebook page showing I paid the pathology the day of my appointment, and it still wasn’t corrected. I called the billing department and was told it would take 25 days for review. Ultimately, I ended up having to pay it again by the due date. I would never recommend a place that would be so careless with people finances like this. Will report to the BBB also.

Appointment was efficient but I was instructed to get a blood test before I could be put on my prescription. Unfortunately, I have had a terrible time trying to get my results approved by this office. It is clear to me that they do not prioritize patients once they have left the office. Now I will be forced to spam them with calls again on Monday because they are closed fridays and weekends. Very frustrating. After calling their office at least 10 times this week, I have received one call back from a nurse during the time I specified I was unavailable (only was unavailable 1.5 hours the entire day).

I have been arguing with them since August 24th about a $50 no show fee for an appointment THEY called me to reschedule because they had overbooked my appointment time. This was also the second time my appointment had been rescheduled due to overbooking. I have called several times and been told that it would be escalated. I even have the transcript of the original voicemail and there has been no resolution or response….

Apn there attempted to make her diagnosis after looking at my condition for less then 5 seconds and then wanted to start immunity suppressive medication regularly. Went to another dermatologist location for a second opinion and was offered biopsys prior to long term treatments. Turns out pinnacle was completely wrong in their diagnosis. Overall poor medicine practice without proper diagnostics. Wouldn’t recommend

The appointment took 5 minutes and I felt very rushed. She didn’t even ask me any questions about my diet or body type or anything like that before prescribing pills and ointments. And even then she didn’t explain why this was happening to my body or provide any reasoning or solutions other than pills. Not happy and wouldn’t recommend.
