Critical: Professionalismthe older lady was disrespectful!! she messed up my eyebrows claiming she just “cleaned up” when she literally re-shaped a whole brow to be thin.. on top of that i asked for a tissue and she threw it at me.. i was asking if she can fix it and she just kept repeating “i just clean up” she didn’t say anything but that and went along with talking to the employees in her language instead of answering my question.. i still paid but they need to have her fix her attitude to towards her job.the older lady was disrespectful!! she messed up my eyebrows claiming she just “cleaned up” when she literally re-shaped a whole brow to be thin.. on top of that i asked for a tissue and she threw it at me.. i was asking if she can fix it …More

Honestly I don’t mind paying $9 but it’s pricy for the work they do. First of all I had to tell her all the spots she missed second, she didn’t do them even.

The guy who charge me literally took the card from my hand without asking me for it while I was going to pay for Chash and did not told me there was a fee for using the card and also he added tip without asking me. Never coming here again and in matter fact don’t ever take your card infront of him. But my eyebrows were perfect and the lady saliva was dripping on the thread to my eye .
