Critical: Qualitycame to get my nails done here regularly every time I walked out there was something wrong with my nails. The shape was off, and the design wasn’t even close to what I asked for. when I would ask to fix something you could tell they got mad. The price was outrageous for the nails that I was walking out with. simple nails with no design and a poor job at least $50. Took my daughter to get a regular manicure her nails chipped within one day. came to get my nails done here regularly every time I walked out there was something wrong with my nails. The shape was off, and the design wasn’t even close to what I asked for. when I would ask to fix something you could tell they got mad. The price was outrageous for the nails that I was walking out with. simple nails with no design and a poor job at least $50. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve gone to Pinkys 7 a few times. The 1st time i went i had a manicure. They were so nicely done! The girl that is taking care of me now is T and she is so nice and the service was great. Everyone was so nice and professional. The spa was really clean and they were careful to clean before i sat down. At that time i met Elizabeth who does facials. I was so impressed by her that i made an appointment to have a facial done. That was yesterday and OMG i left there feeling amazing. My skin feels so good that even my hubby noticed and remarked about how shiny and smooth my face is. I’ve had some issues with my skin but Elizabeth was very careful to take a brief history and i could tell she really cared about what she does. She explained everything she was doing & putting on my face. She took her time and i felt like a million bucks. I made a appt to come back next month. The facials are very affordable. I just had to write this review because if you need to feel good after this crazy year of insanity, Pinkys 7 is a great place to chill and de-stress. Have a manicure and/or a facial. I’ve gone to Pinkys 7 a few times. The 1st time i went i had a manicure. They were so nicely done! The girl that is taking care of me now is T and she is so nice and the service was great. Everyone was so nice and professional. The spa was really clean and they were careful to clean before i sat down. At that time i met Elizabeth who does facials. I specifically made an appt., and when people came, and not all with appointments, I felt like the technician was rushing to the next customer. I have had a manicure before and this one was done poorly. Under the nails after the full set was applied was not cleaned, I have sediment under the artificial nail. Portions of the artificial nail was unpolished (the side of some of the artificial nails.While I was having my very first pedicure two gentlemen came in for a pedicure and was given coffee and the one gentleman was offered water. I was sitting a few chairs down and was not offered coffee or water. I had an appt. and was the first customer in the store. Also, I saw warm towels in the warmer, but my feet were not wrapped in warm towels like both of the gentlemen who came in after me. Critical: QualityI came and showed them a picture of what I wanted, and my nails came out looking nothing like the picture I also requested rhinestones because that’s what the picture had and I asked the lady if they would stay on and she said yes and the rhinestones started falling off shorty after I left, also when I showed them the picture they handed me this huge basket of nails to choose what color I wanted after I showed them what I already wanted and they left the basket on my lap and never took it away, so I had to move it off of me myself since know one asked to grab it while I was getting my nails done. As I was getting my nails done it was also very uncomfortable because the lady did not use a cushion for my arm to rest while they did my nails. I was recently gifted a facial with an incredible esthetician, Elizabeth (Liz) Volpe, at Pinky’s Nail 7 in Northfield, NJ. From beginning to end it was the most pleasant experience!! I was extremely relaxed and comfortable the whole time. My skin was refreshed with every treatment, and Liz was exceptionally knowledgeable with the proper care of my skin!!!
