I decided to try this salon because I had heard a lot of great things about it. I booked an appointment for a dip powder manicure the day before my college graduation. As soon as I sat down, the nail tech immediately cut my nails completely down without even asking me if I wanted them cut. My nails were about two weeks overdue for a manicure so they were extremely long and healthy. I was upset that they were cut so short without asking, but that was the least of my issues.

Beautifully designed inside, bright and clean looking. Very friendly staff! The reason for a two-star rating is because I got black acrylic nails they look like they’ve already been done for 2 weeks and I just got them done on Saturday. I asked my tech to make them really thin and he did not do that. He went as soon as he felt comfortable even though I expressed I’d rather pay for a repair than to have nails too thick and what I like. I already had to go back right away because there are parts of the nails already missing right after he was done. Overall for the price I paid I just don’t think that the quality was there.

I have to admit I was a bit reluctant to go here based off some of the bad reviews, but I’m glad I decided to try it out for myself. I was a walk-in and got sat down quickly for a gel refill and pedi. I was serviced by Nancy and she did a wonderful job. I will definitely be back!! ❤️ Pedicure, Gel manicures

I came in today as a walk-in and was very appreciative that I got squeezed in for a full set, however I’m very disappointed with the quality and look of my nails. I asked for a simple French acrylic set, and walked out with thick, uneven, and lumpy nails. My manicurist (not sure of his name) also didn’t let the gel polish cure all the way, so I was left with very sticky nails and instead of putting them back under the lamp, he kept brushing globs of polish over them. Overall I’m just very upset with how my nails came out, especially since I always hear such great things about this location. Unfortunately I just did not have a very good experience.

This is my first time getting my nails done here…got them done today by Victoria. She was absolutely amazing! I don’t normally get my nails done so I wasn’t sure what to really do or say. I just said I wanted Halloween themed nails and I wanted a Halloween design. I told her to do whatever. And she really came through! She’s so nice and look at this creativity!!!!!

Critical: Quality, ValueProbably the worst gel manicure I’ve ever gotten.I was in the area from Philadelphia and in need of a mani/pedi. I made an appointment, was seated on time, but that’s where the pleasant experience ended.I was in the first chair by the door with a male nail tech (not sure of his name) who was nice enough but clearly distracted and feeling himself way too much. He had a huge ego for someone who didn’t know how to cut cuticles, shape nails, or even apply paint neatly. Thank god I didn’t ask for any nail designs.I asked him to remove my press-ons and he kept saying I needed to be prepared that my nails would be “rough and bumpy” and there wasn’t much he could do about it although that hasn’t been my experience in any other nail salon ever. He didn’t ask how short to cut them, didn’t ask what shape I wanted, and when the color I picked was only enough for one nail he just went and grabbed another color without even asking. The nails are all different lengths, horribly shaped, and the polish is already chipping due to poor application plus there are bubbles all over.Not to mention he was the only tech with no plexiglass barrier, and he kept sneezing while doing my pedicure without even trying to cover his face. I’m vaccinated but when we went to sit for the manicure I put on my mask because I didn’t want to get whatever he has, even if it’s not covid. Just nasty.The pedicure was marginally better. Overall the place is nice, but this nail tech is cocky, distracted, and really unskilled.EDIT: See the second photo for the gel mani I just got from my regular salon to replace this awful one. I made an appointment for 4pm, came in at 3:52pm, and wasn’t seen until 4:46pm; not to mention that a woman who had an appointment at 4:15pm and came in at 3:56pm was immediately seen and seated before me. After my unreasonably long wait, I was seen by Tyler who did an amazing, adorable job on my nails, so no complaints towards him! Though, as soon as I was finished, I wasn’t even given a simple hand massage with lotion like usual, I was rushed to the front to be overcharged by about $15. This was a very disappointing experience, and I will no longer attend this establishment.

I went here for the first time a few weeks ago as a walk in after being rudely turned away by a nearby nail salon. Pinky’s took me right away and I got a beautiful gel manicure! The staff was very friendly and accommodating! I will definitely be back!
