came here for a refill and I should of known things were funny when my gel polish came off within a week of them being done. Don’t get me wrong they did fix that nail for me but again later on that night it came right off again. So this time I figured I would go to my regular salon and let them fix it. When my nail salon removed the polish I noticed on two nails a lite green discoloration but figured it was ok because I would be getting another refill soon. Well unfortunately the shut down happened so no refill for me. I began to take my nails off this week and 8 out of 10 nails has fungus in them. My regular salon I went to first to get a full set on February 13th and went to Pinky’s salon on the 3rd of March. When Pinky’s removed the polish and began to do my nails there was no discoloration, so this is why I say the fungus came from this salon. My regular salon I been going to them for years, I tried here because my salon was not able to give me the exact design I wanted and they could do it. But I would never come back here nor would I recommend anyone.

Always wanted to try it and was not disappointed. The guides were knowledgeable and accommodating. The place allows for outside food and wine to be brought in. We had an amazing time!

Full on 100% recommend this Pinky’s out of all salons I have been to over the years. Everyone who works there truly takes care of every customer’s needs fully, and pays so much attention to everyone. I feel so welcome every time I walk in and see my girl Jennifer greet me, it is the best! My nails are always done the way I want them as well, if I say specific things I want, they always 100% make sure you get what you pay for & asked for ! I’ve never had a bad experience in my time there.

I never have had anyone deal with my ridiculous schedule like Jen does. I used to walk in to anywhere, any salon, and get anyone to do my nails until my friend recommended this place. All the employees are amazing and accommodating. Jen does an amazing job, so well that my nails have lasted 4+ weeks.

I have been getting my nails done since I was 15 and now I am 38…. been coming here now for 3 years and am thrilled with the service and cleanliness. Always feel welcome and never have a long wait. Highly recommend this nail salon. My favorite nail tech is Jennifer by far. She is friendly, professional, hardworking and experienced.

Called for arm and leg wax waited 2.5 hrs for service then was declined saying they won’t do it for me. I had already had Brazilian and back and chest done at a local ethatica spa that could not fit in the last two areas. It seems they just can’t speak or understand. Legs and arms are not a special request and I asked for the areas before waiting 2 5 hrs for a appointment.
