I had to have my big toe nail surgically removed do to the negligence of Pinky’s Nails .I have asked over and over again if it was normal how my nail looked and why it was changing color .I was told that it was normal do to long use of nail polish and polish remover till one day the nail just popped up and I had infection under it . This place is absolutely filthy. I think Corona virus or not bathrooms should be cleaned every day for public use . Besides the cleanliness of this place they are extremely arrogant and ignorant to the customers. The owner has absolutely no social skills and his ignorance is beyond explanation.

AWESOME!!! First time here, from the moment I arrived, I was treated as if I was the only person there. Anna took care of me as if I was a regular client of hers. I requested a spa pedicure and a natural nail manicure. I had the highest level spa pedicure (new place so I decided to see what they offer) EXCELLENT CHOICE! The treatments were very fragrant but not overly so. The massage that Anna provided was INCREDIBLE! Best pedicure massage in a long time. Anna was very meticulous in taking care of all aspects of the pedicure and manicure. She asked questions to get my approval for anything she did and was very honest in educating me regarding best practices for foot and hand both nail and skin health.

The people are always friendly,and always give you what you ask for and do it well. They always take good care of your nails. I have been going there for almost 15yrs plus. When I moved I drove over a half-hour to them just to get my nails done. You will love the way they do your nails and thier nail art. They do so many styles and they are amazing. You will also love getting a pedicure from there. They take thier time and are so gentle. My feet feel like a million bucks and so relaxed when they are done. It’s like walking on a cloud. It’s best if you make an appointment, but even if you walk in its not normally a long wait.

These people should NOT do nail. I have paid 80$ for gel color only a they look horrible! These people don’t deserve a single star. When I told the lady the shape of my nail isn’t symmetrical, she told me my finger is crooked!! I showed them a simple design, I got something not even near that.

The place is disgusting but what more disgusting is the customer service please do not go I just asked for a color change they were trying to charge me $25 for a color change in top of it the nail technician told me in my face almost about to hit me saying that she had problems at home that for me to paint whatever what is that supposed to mean I hate it I do not recommend that I was going there for lotta years but he’s gotten worse by the minute if you want to get an infection in your toes go ahead and go to this Pinky
