Critical: ProfessionalismMy daughter used to go here and things were great until I had to change my debit card for fraud purposes, and then I wasnt able to get into my PayPal to update it for the recurring payments. I reached out to let Ms. Pinky know by email and text message and she never once responded back to me and that was like a year ago!!!!! Very unprofessional. My daughter used to go here and things were great until I had to change my debit card for fraud purposes, and then I wasnt able to get into my PayPal to update it for the recurring payments. I reached out to let Ms. Pinky know by email and text message and she never once responded back to me and that was like a year ago!!!!! Very unprofessional. My daughter has not been back since.

Critical: ProfessionalismPrior to scheduling, I spoke with a woman (Pinky I assume), over the phone about a trial appointment. The place is nice and mostly pink, definitely a fun place for kids to get their hair done. When we arrived, my daughter was promptly seated by the assistant to receive a wash. She then got hydration, and was walked to the other side of the salon. I was instructed to wait in the lobby area. After waiting in the lobby area for about 20 minutes, I walk over to the chair my daughter is in (there is a divider so she was not visible). Her hair was half way done! No one spoke with me about her hair, what was put in her hair, or if she needed a trim. This experience was not what I was expecting, especially for a trial appointment. The only communication I had was over the phone with a woman who, I again can only assume was Pinky. Prior to scheduling, I spoke with a woman (Pinky I assume), over the phone about a trial appointment. The place is nice and mostly pink, definitely a fun place for kids to get their hair done. Pinkys kids is way more than I could have ever imagined or asked for. My daughters hair has grown so much and her hair is so healthy. When you walk in the environment is always inviting and catering to my daughter, with the music, the famous swing, an area to read or do homework, and toys in the waiting area. This Kids Salon is just that and truly caters to children making each child feel VIP! My daughters hair is now long, thick, and healthy thanks to Pinkys Kids. I will NEVER take my daughter anywhere else. I also purchase many of the hair products. Not only do I use the growth oil for my daughters hair I sneak and use it for my own hair it is truly amazing! When we started going to Pinky’s Kids I expected just a hair salon. Pinkys kids is way more than I could have ever imagined or asked for. My daughters hair has grown so much and her hair is so healthy. When you walk in the environment is always inviting and catering to my daughter, with the music, the famous swing, an area to read or do homework, and toys in the waiting area.
