The rep did a great job with the actual lashes but the customer service was severely lacking…”if you want a blanket, just grab it” and at the end, I suppose she needed to move on. She handed me the mirror to check out my lashes, while walking away and says, “just leave it on the table”. There was no, “my name is xyz, how are you, how do you like the lashes, have a great day”, nothing. We are dropping $75+ for an hours work. More than what most people make on this island per hour, so the expectation is a certain level of customer service. This was my worse experience here since becoming a customer in March of this year (lash upkeep requires maintenance every 2-3weeks).

Me and two of my friends tried Pinkys today for the first time and had an amazing experience! I got a facial with one of them but the other had planned on getting her lashes done but mistakenly had booked the appointment for the next day, however they told her they could fit her in today no problem! She got our lashes done after our facials were over and they were beautiful! I had never had a facial before but it was such a relaxing experience and I already made up my mind that I wanted to get regular facials done here before it was over! The staff was so sweet and made us feel at home, which is something I especially appreciate since our husbands are stationed here and we’re all away from family. I can’t wait to come back and get my eyebrows microbladed!
