Horrible customer service , Tony is very rude and unprofessional. I was told $28 for French white tips, but later since I said pink & white ( he knew I meant the white tips ) he charged me $38. Before he even started I asked him if it’s $28 and he said yes. Then at the end tells me it’s almost $40. It’s not even about the money, just the fact that he told me somethint completely different and then all the other employees joined in to tell me how I was wrong. Very uncomfortable experience, my family has been going here for years, never again! They have lost our business completely! Nail lux is where it’s at!

I went to take my mother to get her nails done. They have van that offers a full mani/Pedi for $38 wich is why I take them there. I know that people pay alot to get their nails done, and I don’t understand why. The supplies used are not that expensive and to earn $35 an hour to apply this material in an air conditioned room is too much in my opinion but, I’ve seen worse things. The reason that I gave such a low grade is that one, I hate when they talk to you in English and then to themselves in another language then say it’s now $45 price for up. and they haven’t changed their signs. That is “bait and switch”

Kelly is the absolute best! She’s been doing my nails for over a year now, is very gentle and does an amazing job. My nails never lift up or break. My last set stayed looking good for a month even though they were grown out. She has an exceptional memory and gives great recommendations. No matter who does my pedicure my feet always feel super smooth and I never get ingrown toenails. I love this place and reccomend it to everyone that asks.

Today was my first and last time stepping foot in this place! I walked in and noticed all of the staff members had on mask so I asked if I needed on and was told yes. I then noticed that non of the customers had on mask. One on the customers looked any me and said you don’t need a mask. I asked her if she heard him tell me o needed on and she said yes. I just walked out. Never again!

Critical: QualityWent to get my manicure and pedicure for my birthday from my kids as a present. My pedicure was great but my lady rushed my polish on my hands and make it too thick then tried to dry them with a small fan. Well they look like a hot mess now. We paid for the services and even tipped her. So much for my beautiful nails for my birthday…..uuuuggghhhh… We have been going here for years and have never had this bad of a service. My pedicure was great but my lady rushed my polish on my hands and make it too thick then tried to dry them with a small fan. Well they look like a hot mess now.
