My very first time visiting Pinky Nails was on Good Friday at 6pm. When I called at 545 I thought for sure they would say they were closing early & not take me but they said sure come right over!! The lady who did mine did a beautiful job! Also got a shoulder & neck massage! Cost was $25 on a Friday but I think it’s less with no massage during the week. Thank you!

Used to love going to this place but sadly it’s changed. I’ve gone back a few times just because this place used to be amazing and I wanted to give them to benefit of the doubt. The staff is rude and always rushes your service. Every single time my manicure has air bubbles and I’m told “they go away in a few days”? What kinda service is that!?! I refuse to go here ever again it’s such a waste of money. Making an appointment doesn’t matter as they always take walk in customers first. I’m 20 years old and Jenny treats me like a child. She calls me “baby” and always puts different customers in front of me even if I make an appointment and tells me to be patient. Not sure if it’s my age, but my massages are always rushed and I feel belittled. I’m paying for full service and my pedicure maybe takes 10 minutes if I’m lucky. They are also rough and always end up poking or even cutting me with tools. Maybe if they didn’t rush service they won’t cut their customers. Never going here again.

A wonderful experience! Jenny was fast and did a great job on my nails. Lady did a fantastic pedicure. She is fast, careful, and thorough. Enjoy a great chair massage while you are soaking and getting your pedicure: Not just vibration; true kneading and flapping. Leave refreshed, beautiful, and totally relaxed! Pinky also permits tips by credit and debit card. This is truly appreciated!

I’ve been going here for years and love it. Jenny is the best and does a fantastic job multi-tasking when they are busy. She’s being doing my two teen daughters eyebrows since they started waxing and is very gentle with them. She calls them “baby” and it’s so sweet.

Went to this dump without first reading reviews Easter Eve. Paid $3 extra for longer lasting polish so that mani would last for one week per the post on the wall. Easter Sunday my nails started cracking and chipping. Monday was even worse, so I took pictures and went back to salon Tuesday. Owner refused to redo manicure talking about call OPI because that is their product. She blatantly refused to redo my nails. I told her as a first time customer she was behaving very unprofessionally. She didn’t care. I told her I would never come back and still she could care less. I wish I read the reviews before spending 35 bucks on a mani and pedi! Steer clear of this DUMP!! Hope she loses the small clientele she may have.

This place is just awful. I went in despite the bad reviews bc I work nearby. The owner was rude and made me feel like I was burdening her with my request for an acrylic fill. They came out nice though, so I thought I would try again. This time no one greeted me when I walked in. Another employee had to tell the owner to get off her phone to help me. I told her I needed my nails soaked off and a new set put on. She rolled her eyes and said my nails we’re fine. I had to insist that they were not and I wanted them off. Again, eye roll. She told me it would be $70 but I could go down thw street bc they are cheaper. Really? I told her I don’t want cheap, but she obviously did not want to do my nails. The lady in the chair next to me looked just as disgusted as I was feeling. I got up and left.

My first experience in “Pinky nails” was excellent..I love the place, the Ladies were very nice and friendly, and the Nails were professionally done..Blanca, Reina and Maria are great!! The owner was very pleasant as well.

Shockingly surprised to see the many bad reviews. I drive 30 minutes just to go here because my nails(acrylic overlay) never break or fall off …also my French gel polish last for 4 weeks. Other places my gel chips in 2 weeks.
