I asked for medium lashes. She gave me small lashes. I had medium lashes before that I took off prior and compared the old ones to the new ones and the new ones are definitely small. She seemed to be looking for a small amount of time before I guess settling for the smalls. It was 7 pm when I went. They close at 8. I was the only one there when I arrived and when I left. I left a tip. She also didn’t put enough lashes on my ends and my real lashes were bent stuck in glue or they were poking out because they weren’t covered. I get the same lady everytime. This was my third visit. She was in a hurry and did a poor job and I had to pay the price for it. These lashes are ugly and it looks like I didn’t even get my lashes done. They actually look worse than my real lashes. I have a date tonight. This is so embarrassing and since it’s fresh glue and it already dried, I cannot take them off. Do not go at night and make sure you look at the lashes they are going to put on before they actually do it. They’re sneaky and dishonest.

I knew right when we walked in we were not going to have a good experience. The lady was immediately rude to my mother who is blind and on oxygen. Upon her threading her eyebrows, lip, and upper chin I noticed above her lip was bleeding in three areas. She said it was because she is sensitive. In my mothers 12 years of threading she has never once bled! Paid $16 and she still didn’t get all of the hair removed in areas. I will never be back and would recommend you spend your money elsewhere.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI got my lashes done yesterday I wake up this morning they’re literally falling off. the left side is fine but when she started to do the right side. she got on the phone when she started working on the right side of my eyelashes. I got my lashes done yesterday I wake up this morning they’re literally falling off. the left side is fine but when she started to do the right side. she got on the phone when she started working on the right side of my eyelashes. They are completely messed up. This very unprofessional. She didn’t try to dry the glue on the lashes she just sent me right out the door glue still wet. Worst experience. Not only were my daughters eyebrows uneven, the lady talked on her cellphone the entire time. She never asked how my daughter liked them, just assumed and now my daughter looks “surprised” instead of the gorgeous naturally square shape she already had going. Will NEVER be back.
