The lady did a good job by putting a eyelash extensions , but next morning I got very bad eye infection. Can not open my eye and it hurts badly. Not sure what caused this but I never had it before .So I hope they sanitize all the instruments properly . As for technical part no complaints, she put them very nicely. When I called they asked me what do I want .

This review is not for their customer service as a client however a family member recently had a horrible employment experience. First of all, they exploit their employees by offering a rate that is below the state minimum wage. I tried convincing my family member to not take the position but they were told they could start the next week and wanted to try regardless. We had already bought all the necessary equipment/supplies. The management also took their beauty school ID to ensure that they were on the right track towards licensing. All the employment details had already been discussed throughout the week.

It was horrible. I went to this salon several times, and I was lucky because I came across a young girl who did gel manicures pretty well. But this time, another woman did the manicure for me, and it was terrible. First, very little time passed for the acetone on my nails to work and remove the gel polish, so she did not wait long and decided to remove all of it with a manicure stick. She peeled it off so much that the pieces of my nails flew in different directions, and of course the nails became very thin and spoiled (although before, my nails were in good and healthy condition). Then she made the wrong nail shape that I requested (at the beginning, I showed her a photo of what I want). Further, she did not just cut my cuticles, she tore them out, I even had to remove my hand from pain several times. And the way she painted my nails was just strange. Firstly, she painted the varnish very far from the root of the nail, which seemed to look like I had been walking with this manicure for a week. One nail was completely broken, and clung to clothes. And also, the sides of the nail were not covered with varnish at all. And the layer of gel polish was a nightmare… She didn’t paint my nails, but simply adjusted the gel polish with a brush. When I asked a man at the front desk if he considers it normal gel manicure, he told me that “I had to tell the master how to properly paint nails while she was doing this.” Sorry, but is she really considered as a master, if I need to teach her how to do manicure? I was very disappointed…

First impressions are everything and this place is EXTREMELY unprofessional. After spending $155.00 the man in the front who I assume is the owner, pressured me into tipping which I feel should be left up to the customer. In addition, I told the eyebrow staff I wanted to get my eyebrows done and she said okay, only to disappear and me being told the wait is an hr. I completely regret coming here. My advice… STAY AWAY! They’re overpriced and the work is average. That desk man is rude as hell and if I weren’t 8 months pregnant, I’d have a few words for him.
