I went once. I should have gone back to to get my nails fixed. I didn’t enjoy the atmosphere though. I wasn’t a regular. I felt very awkward being there.. the tech didn’t talk to me. I was treated different. Maybe one day I’ll try them again.

All I did was call and ask about getting an appointment, and I’m happy! The woman who answered the phone was very polite and professional, and willing to talk to me even though what I wanted was not available. This salon is booked out through next month except for two empty slots due to cancellations. Call ahead, y’all!!

I agree with several other reviews – why advertise “walk-ins available” when (at least three times now) I have been told they couldn’t get me in or I needed an appointment. Then, to top it off, I’ve tried calling to schedule an appointment and again, am told I can’t get in for three weeks!?!? OR the past two times I’ve called to schedule, I get the answering machine, leave a detailed message with phone number and no one ever calls back! Very frustrating and disappointing. The times I have actually gotten in have been nice and they do a good job, just feel they are lacking in business etiquette and customer service.
