I have been coming to this nail salon for a several months. Every few weeks I would come in for a fill-in with gel polish. It wasn’t always perfect. Each finger on the other hand was always different in either length or shape. But after my experience today I will be looking to go elsewhere… my nails are immensely thick, and bumpy.The shape of the nails are horrible, and several nails are already lifting and I got my fill-in hours ago. I understand inflation is a thing during this time, but the last few times I have come prices seem to be getting higher and higher without any kind of notice. Usually I would be understanding but to pay a decent amount of money for this kind of quality is just not worth it.

RUDE! Been coming for years! Owner is not very professional. I went in and spoke privately to her. Explaining that my nails were recently done and they are extreme thin, bending and painful. She said she could put an extra coat of polish. Once I got to her chair her demeanor changed and she became angrily speaking to the other employees in her language, which I could not understand. When I asked another employee to repeat what she said, they smirked and said no. So clearly it was not nice. Then suddenly she spoke in perfect English??? How??? A few minutes ago she pretended not to be able to?? Hmmm interesting. I’m curious if I spoke the words she spoke, but in English. If I would have been asked to leave? Or has authorities called?

I went to go get my nails done today and I made a 3:45 appointment. I had a gift card for pinkies so I had already paid in advanced. So I waited over 30 minutes for my appointment until I decided to leave because I wasn’t taken seriously as a customer because I had a gift card. Other non appointment customers were prioritized. I don’t recommend. They are cold and upset because I had reasonable Expectations since I did make an appointment. I will not be going back or using pinkies again.

Worst experience ever!!! Never ever go here… I went there for a manicure and pedicure with daughter(9 yrs) and my sister who was visiting us for holidays… they were so terrible with there service and very very rude and disrespectful.. the guy there (forgot his name) was so rude and refused to clean my sisters nails and said it’s not his job. Also, my 9 yr old daughter had to wait for 45 min just to get her pedicure done.. secondly, They refuse to listen to my 9yr old daughter when she asked them to fix the nail polish… I mean seriously!!! Is this how you treat your customers?? And worst, I was taking the money out before my manicure and the guy said he can’t wait as he is super busy and by the time I turned around with money he started doing manicure for another person even when I was next in-line… it’s a totally terrible and worst salon I have ever been,.. please save urself from torture and don’t go there if you want to have a good experience and service….

I’ve been a customer of Pinkie nails for approximately 2 years and have brought friends and family to this business for manicures as well as pedicures. Gina has been doing my nails and has done an amazing job with my gel manicures that last even past the 3 week mark. Recently its been extremely crowded and I have had to wait up to 45 mins to get my nails done even with an appointment made well ahead of time. Today I stopped in to get my gel nail fixed because it chipped then broke- only 2 days after my gel manicure was done. Ryan did a very rushed job and without an extension on the nail he wanted to charge my $6 for the “fix” after he completed the fix without warning me there was going to be a charge. I asked him why and he yelled saying it was my fault because my nail was “broken” and what I was saying made “no sense”. He was rude and very unprofessional yelling at a long time loyal customer. If you do come to this business I would highly recommend Gina with an appointment- otherwise don’t bother wasting your time and money because everyone else is very disrespectful.

i use to come here all the time and I was happy to call this my nail place but the last few times i’ve come they have been rushing my whole gel process! i understand that they are now busy and happy they have a lot of business but they’ve rushed my nails so many times now that it doesn’t look good and when i ask for designs they either rush it to a point that it ends up looking like tacky, not clean art, and there are times when i ask for a design and they encourage me not to go forward with it 🙁 sad that i don’t feel comfortable here anymore and will need to find a new place.

This shop seemed nice at first but it’s very small and the service was terrible and overpriced I got a simple nail one color nails and they didn’t remove my old acrylic used the same one and charge me 100$ and staff was rude and just did absolutely terrible job on nails and feet Gel manicures, Manicure, Pedicure
