She made my thick eyebrows too thin even though I told her to maintain the thickness of my eyebrows. She was so unprofessional. I do not recommend their services. Believe me or not she did a horrible job.

Lady did a horrible job with my nice thick eyebrows. Made them very thin and uneven and didn’t even clean up the eyebrows properly. Very disappointing and now I am going to have to wait forever for it to come back.. Eyebrow threading

When I read the other reviews I didn’t believe that it could be that bad but when I went to get my eyebrows done the woman was extremely rough and rude, did a very sloppy job, and was offended when I pointed out all of the spots she missed. She overcharged me and cut the skin above my eye (it better not scar). Never going back.

Very rude and unprofessional. I live in White Plains and have been here twice to get my eyebrows done. Had a bad experience both times. I never had such painful experience for eyebrow threading before. Never going here again! Overpriced for the services and the quality they provide.

Talking to someone else in another language, while tapping on forehead while she is doing my eyebrows expecting me to know that she wants me to do.
