Okay so my mom and I went and had pedicures and both got the one that came with a scrub, massage, and paint color. They both did well painting our nails, but for me they did everything listed but took less than 10 seconds on each leg/foot. It just is really unfortunate to spend $50 on a premium pedicure and to have a deliberate disregard for anything other than getting it done and you out with your money in their hand. My mom only got her nails painted. They didnt even do any of the massages, scrubs, or wax dip listed. So yeah. Id say in that regard we were highly disappointed. The only reason they didnt get 0 stars is because our nails looked good.

When I called I specifically asked if they did hard gel nail and walk-in. Not gel polish but gel nail. Lady on the phone said yes to both. I went in again asked if they did gel nail. I pointed out and said my nails are hard gel, not just the polish but gel nail… are you able to do hard gel, keep my arches and shape I like, it’sonly a fill-in. She said yes. I washed my hands sat in the chair and she started drilling away. After taking off the polish she pulled out acrylic! I told her no I would like the hard gel. Same gal got up from her chair and said they only did acrylic for fill ins. I told her that’s not what she said and I had specifically asked at least three times for hard gel! She then asked me what I would like to do. I told her my nails were drilled down, she leaves me no choice. I had then fill in with acrylic and needless to say my nails look like everything I didn’t want! No gel, no arch, no shape… Will not return!

everyone was super nice and the place was very clean. i got acrylics put on and they were way shorter than what i had asked for but that’s honestly not the biggest deal. what i had a problem with was that i payed $65 just for the nails to start coming off in 3 days. i payed the same amount at california nails and it took a whole month for the acrylic to loosen even the slightest bit. it’s possible the tech i saw was just having an off day but honestly i won’t be going again to find out
