Critical: ProfessionalismWalked in at 11:30AM on a Friday. One customer in the salon, with one tech doing her feet and another working on her hands. There was no one else in the salon. Was not acknowledged for 10 minutes. One of the techs finally walks over and asked what I needed, then said “We can’t do it. Walked in at 11:30AM on a Friday. One customer in the salon, with one tech doing her feet and another working on her hands. There was no one else in the salon. Was not acknowledged for 10 minutes. One of the techs finally walks over and asked what I needed, then said “We can’t do it. We don’t have time, we’re too busy.” No explanation, just terrible customer service. Two stars for pretty decor and cleanliness.

I’m so happy with my nails. The salon is clean nice atmosphere. The staff is extremely friendly. The last salon I went to messed my shape up so bad I just ripped them off I was so mad. Anna not only got my shape right she made sure I was happy with my shape which is extremely important to me! I am a happy customer and will definitely be a regular at this salon.

Made an appointment on the phone like always and requested to be with my normal nail tech, not a word was said to me on that phone call telling me not only was the person I made an appointment with no longer working there but that they are under new management. I was a little frustrated when I showed up and found that out that they didn’t tell me about my person being gone but I was ready to give them a chance my appointment was for 430 I didn’t get seen until after five. if I had just walked in that’s not a problem to wait and honestly I probably wouldn’t have minded so much if anyone had taken a moment to tell me I’m running behind and might be a few more minutes or 20 minutes. I felt like they didn’t have respect for my time. The nails were fine but be warned that a few pictures on google are of my hands that they have up but they were not done by anyone who works there now. I used to love this place and it’s sad.

Laughed with me bc I’m so ticklish but still didn’t make it too terribly ticklish lol. Her foot and leg massage is top notch!! Bringing my girls back tomorrow for manicures!! Long time customer. Always make appointments. Can usually make appointments same day, but don’t always. Sometimes have to wait anyway because they take walk-ins. Usually ok with that. Called today because going on vacation. Booked all week and can’t get me in. Good for you. I won’t be back. Bet you’ll take walk-ins all week though.
