I would strongly recommend avoiding this establishment. Terrible customer service and certainly not the cleanliest location. I’ve been to this salon ~4-5 times and have never had a bad experience until my most recent visit. And yes, it’s unfortunately bad enough to write a review as I tried going through all avenues to give them a chance to make up for a poor customer experience. I went to this salon on May 5th – prior to a 2.5 week vacation abroad. I asked for a powder dip manicure in the color Mod About You by OPI (which they stated they did not have – although previous times I have received it). I picked another color with the nail tech that was similar to the light pink I was going for. Unfortunately, she chose the wrong powder color by accident. Mid-way through my nails, we discussed how it looked more translucent than I wanted – so she added something on top to help. I did not receive a normal manicure where they tell you to wash your hands or give you lotion afterwards. I didn’t even get the dirt cleaned from underneath my fingernails. In fact, while my nails were being trimmed, the nail tech used the same clippers to clip her nails and proceeded to use her fingernail to get the “dirt” out of her own nails, laughed it off, then proceeded with my manicure (without switching utensils or washing her hands). It was actually quite gross.

I’m not sure why I’m even giving them a 2 star. My sister took me here, I was visiting from out of town. The place looked clean and workers did wear masks. They got us in right away without a wait. I wanted a pedicure and manicure but because my sister only told them 3 pedicures and 1 manicure they said they couldn’t do it because it wasn’t scheduled, despite only having 2 people present, one of our pedicures wasn’t there. We were late to our appointment so I wasn’t go to argue about giving them more money. Ultimately, it hasn’t been 2 weeks and I’ve never seen my toe nail polish peel like this. I can do mine at home and they will grow out and never chip like this pedicure has. I don’t know if they used a top coat, I was talking while it was being done. When it was first done I realized the paint didn’t go all the way to the cuticles so there was that gap of white like your nails had grown out but I am too nice and had had a glass of wine (that was bitter). I definitely don’t feel it was worth $45 and the tip I left, mainly because we were behind schedule. My sister kept apologizing because she really wanted me to come and it was not worth it. Even her polish is peeling. I guess there’s new ownership since the pandemic and the “before 3” discount is no longer in place either. My sister had a baby and hadn’t been here in while. It’s safe to say neither of us will be back.

This was my first time getting my nails done in a salon. Thank goodness my friends were with me because otherwise I would have been lost! The staff was nice but I felt really pressured to make a decision and that I didn’t like. Next time I will have a plan on exactly what I want. Don’t go if you don’t know! It was a fun experience otherwise!

Worst manicure experience. Got dip nails and the nail artist was doing other things in between so my nails weren’t even and she buffed it at the ending, leaving scratch marks all over. Now I removed the dip and found it two of my nails have a fungus . Do not recommend.

I used to really love this place, and drove all the way from Port Orchard to get here. Unfortunately their standards seem to have fallen a bit more each time I come. I have now had two absolutley awful pedicures. Today’s pedicure included the tech scratching her face and nose with her hands, sneezing onto her hand, and also pulling several human hairs off of the ‘clean’ hot towels before placing them on me. Dips were fine; but I asked for a manicure AND dip, and was really looking forward to more than just color. The bathroom is also filthy. Unfortunately I won’t be back. 🙁
