I’ve been here a few times. My last time going was the best. Sue did a great job on my acrylic fill, but I wish I had asked for my natural nails underneath to be filed as they’re lifting a little – but only because my nails grow downward and need filed down sometimes. She did a very nice coffin shape and was receptive to anything I asked for. I also got a gel pedicure, unsure of the woman’s name, but she also did a fantastic job. The length of my toe nails, polish, and shape are perfect.

I’ve been going to this particular salon for a while now and have always had good or decent experiences. Last week I came in and sat down with a nail technician and during the visit maybe about halfway through I told her I would like a design done on my nail (I did not wait until the last minute to ask) she said next time- not very good service as i wanted it done then and it seemed as though she just didn’t want to do it. Fast forward- I ended up leaving and wasnt fully satisfied about the service as I didn’t leave with what I wanted. I return the next day and is sat down with another technician who automatically has an attitude from the get go and is telling me I didn’t pay enough for the service which wasn’t my fault because I was told wrong Information by the front desk people and I’ve spent a stupid amount of money there already. Wasn’t happy with her attitude as she was very rude and unprofessional, so I called her out on it. Got the service redone and was happy with it the second time around because I got what I actually asked for. However I will say I won’t be returning due to the simple fact of how I was handled during BOTH visits. They charge way too much money to treat you like a burden or as if they don’t want to help you. Customer service needs improvement.

I thought this place was okay. Prices seem to be on the slightly higher side. My ten minute foot massage was 7 and a half mins which bummed me out. Everyone was very kind and respectful. My nails turned out nicely. It was decently busy and is a somewhat large place that would do well for big groups.

I had been to this shop in my new neighborhood once before and had a good experience, but wow – my second visit with Amy was wonderful! She is very attentive and takes great pride in her pedicures. It truly felt like a spa experience and I will surely request her each time I visit! The shop is lovely and clean, and the front desk folks are very professional and courteous. As an added convenience, there is an ATM inside the shop, as they aren’t able to accept tips on credit cards.

My nails were done well. No complaints there. The nail techs are to inly be given cash for tips. I did not have cash. I inly had a credit card. The owner was so rude about having to give the tip on the card. It is unfortunate that her behavior has lost a potential customer who tipped very well. Out right disrespectful. A woman owned business tgat I will no longer be supporting.

Critical: QualityIt’s hit and miss most of the time. I’ve been going here since July and I’ve gotten some really good techs and then some have been really bad. Last few times I’ve been rushed along and I got a manicure just yesterday and by the end of the day it was already chipping off. I’ve gotten acrylic in July until my nails grew long enough and I still have some of the acrylic on my nail she just painted over it. I’m so sad because I’ve stayed with them for 4 months but I’m looking for somewhere new. They also are rough with the drill and my nails have turned so brittle and thin.My appointment was at 10 a.m. yesterday at the location on Ray and Rural. Not once have I, or any of my referrals, been anything but exceptionally happy with the service here. With a wonderful group of talented technicians, you cannot go wrong. With the service, the attention to detail and their want to take such good care of you, I couldn’t go anywhere else.
