The staff is extremely friendly but they do not specialize in dip. I went there for the first time to get a dip manicure and it took 2 hours (including removal)! On top of that, the polish pulled off 4 of my fingers within 2 days of getting it done. Dip powder

I walked in without an appointment for a pedicure and a dip manicure on Monday, May 9th and was warmly greeted into the salon. As soon as I sat down in the pedicure chair and the technician placed all of my fingers in acetone my intuition informed me that this wasn’t going to go well. My pedicure is beautiful and looks fabulous. Unfortunately, my nail dip did not go so well. I’m assuming it was the owner who provided me the dip manicure. She was more concerned with the other clients in the salon by conversing with them and answering the phone instead of focusing on me the client right in front of her. As of 05-15-2022, the dip completely popped off three of my nails, which in all of the years I’ve had dip manicures, this has never happened to me before. I refuse to go back because I am so disappointed with the experience and don’t want to take the chance of this occurring again. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in the service and outcome of my experience. Our time and money is seriously important and I strongly suggest you go elsewhere.

You can make an appointment, however they are very flexible and can generally take walk ins or last minute appointments. Absolutely make an appointment before coming here. They are on average about $2-3 higher than most other nail salons I’ve gone to in the city, but if it is conveniently located for you, I would recommend it. They do a solid job on pedicures and manicures. They have a large selection of no-chip nail polish colors.

Very poor experience, this place is super overpriced for the quality of work they provide. I still have old polish the wasn’t throughly removed and spots where there was no polish. There is no reason I should pay $40 for a no-chip manicure and have to come back the very next day because my nail chipped. My no-chip manicures last me bare minimum 3 weeks, often times, a month. Then, the customer service was poor when I returned to have my nail fixed the following day. I have had better quality no-chip manicures and pedicures on the Southside of Chicago for a much more reasonable price. They gave me a punch card, but unfortunately, I will NOT be returning to this establishment.
