I have gotten my nails done probably 10 times here. Quality of service is truly hit or miss. Prices are always changing even though I get the exact same service (just dip on natural nails) every time. I was charged around $25 more for getting chrome powder rubbed on my nails which is just insane lol and my last visit was 1 star, repeatedly asked for my nails to be more round and he reshaped them once and they were still square and left with my cuticles looking like the picture attached. No oil, no cuticle trim nothing. I will not be coming back

Do not go to this place, just to waste time, I made an appointment and 3 people attended me at the same time, and they left me bad every time, my nails, one did something and the other did not know what they had done to me, the manager was very rude when she attended me, a nail was damaged and she said that it was my fault and she was the one who was painting them and she didn’t want to fix it because she had another client waiting!!!

My nail tech rushed and nipped the skin around my cuticle to blood. I fought back tears and he did a rush job on my polish. My daughter’s nail tech did a wonderful job on her nails and was gentle and kind to her. She was happy and that was all that mattered. She didn’t do what I asked her to do so I tried to correct her and she caught an attitude. Also the quality of the nails was not good and 2 days after I got my nails done, my nail broke in half.

If you’re new to the area and looking for THE BEST place to get your nails & toes done (or eyebrows waxed-etc) – then you must go to Pink Polish II. It’s conveniently located in Bluffton, right off 278/easy drive for ‘blufftonians’ & Hilton Head Islanders. I’ve been getting services done by them for NINETEEN YEARS.! I feel like they’re family at this point❤️. They’ve never failed me! You will be happy you went. I can 100% confidently say that!

They charged me more than I have ever paid anywhere else for my nails and they look terrible… they are flimsy and I feel like they could break at any time… and there’s a huge bump where the tips are… they didn’t do the extra work to shape my nails to make them look like my real nails and not something I glued on from the dollar store! The polish looks a little matte by now and this is Day 2… you can kind of see the big bump I’m talking about in the pictures below…. if you feel the nails you can definitely feel the bump and it feels like my nails have some kind of disease or something!! the guy who did it barely made eye contact with me also…
