I went there for regular manicure for myself and my 10 yrs old daughter. They asked us to pick the nail colors before we start and pretty much rushed us saying “oh man, we don’t have time for this, we have more customers”. The whole salon was empty, there was no other customer except a person who was already having pedicure. Then before we finished, the lady ask me to pay $37. I was like how $37. It should be $25 ($15 for me and $10 for the my daughter) according to the price chart in the store. The same rude chinese lady said the color we chose are “better” colors. I was not sure how they are better as I picked them from the same regular colors from their display wall. The manicure was very quick and I didn’t even feel I did manicure. This place is a rip off – no integrity. I wouldn’t mind paying extra if I see they put extra effort; it was not even basic job done. Ladies don’t waste your time and money here.

The worst , I came here with my parents one time , I asked for some cute short tips , and the lady gave me basic pink nails with no design and the pink was so dark , and she gave me gel nails so they wouldn’t come off at all. They charged us more than how much the tips were , don’t bring your kids here , and don’t bring anyone here it’s a waste of time and money , get ur nails done at a real place that’s actually valuable .

Appointment only, you never have to worry about waiting because they are strict with this policy. Just make sure you call ahead and schedule an appointment to avoid surprises. Hands down the best nail salon I’ve found to date. Amazing array of spa pedicures. All technicians take their time and always do a great job. They are kind and will remember you by name. I go here monthly with my husband. A bit pricy but you get what you pay for, no complaints there. Very sanitary. Lots of barriers between customers and technicians. Strict mask policy for pandemic.
